Osage Fork Ridge Farm

Located above the Osage Fork of the Gasconade River, this farm currently provides pasture for 20 cow/calf pairs and 10 horses. Goats, chickens and ducks also call the farm home, and the owner is willing to negotiate on all the animals. Two ponds provide water for the animals and about sixty acres provide a home for the Deer and turkey. We saw four Deer while viewing the southern half of the farm. Multiple outbuildings include a 50′ x 80′ Amish built metal barn, older well built barn is 44′ x 60′, the hay barn is 40′ x 80′, and other smaller structure serve as the chicken coop and storage buildings. The all brick, double car garage, metal roof house is well built and is on a full partially finished basement. Two bedrooms upstairs and an office that could be used as the third bedroom. Large living room and kitchen/dining area. The home is heated with an Ashley furnace and an electric furnace provides the heat during those early fall or early spring nights when you just need to take the chill off. Peach trees in the back yard are loaded with fruit. This farm located off HWY B about 12 miles Southeast of Lebanon, Missouri.

    • How can I help you sell your property or find your outdoor recreation property? My wife of 39 years and I are lifelong residents of Dixon, Missouri. I grew up hunting bobwhite quail and rabbits with my Dad and Grandfather in the bottoms and hills along the Gasconade River. Our Son and Daughter both grew up hunting and fishing and our granddaughters are following in their footsteps. We enjoy hunting Deer and Turkey, and I was fortunate to serve as a turkey hunting guide for Jay Langston of the National Wild Turkey Federation and Aaron Fraser Pass who was the editor of Outdoor Life magazine for over ten years, among others. All the fond memories of hunts past provide a great appreciation of the outdoors and what it means to have a place in which to hunt and fish.
I have been employed by the U. S. Government as a cartographic technician/geographic information systems specialist for more than 30 years of which over twenty were with the U. S. Geological Survey National Mapping Division in Rolla, Missouri and over ten years with the U. S. Army at Fort Leonard Wood.

I will work hard to sell your land or find what you are looking for!!
